Ruby on Rails unknown encoding name - CP720 (ArgumentError) Window DOS Command

ROR Error occur in Minrosoft window DOS in ruby and rails is unknown encoding name -CP720 (ArgumentError) This error due to language setting in DOS is change to Code Page CP 720 which is arbic

So change into by defualt windows code page which is 1256

RUN the Following command in DOS to remove this error

C:>chcp 1256

Your error will remove.
