Coincidentally, the previous record-holder for this remarkable achievement was Pakistan, who scored 417 in 2015 under similar circumstances.

Saud Shakeel's brilliance not only secured Pakistan's dominance in the match but also earned him the well-deserved "Player of the Match" award. Alongside his outstanding first-innings double century, Shakeel also contributed crucial 30 runs in the second innings, solidifying his reputation as a rising star in the cricketing world.

In addition to Shakeel's heroics, notable performances came from Asad Shafiq, who scored a defiant 131, and Sarfaraz Ahmed, who contributed a vital 96 runs. Even Zulfiqar Babar, batting at number 10, made his presence felt with a well-fought half-century.
